Chapter Leader Volunteer Opportunity
About the Position
Project Linus Madison is seeking a new Chapter Leader (or two Co-Leaders) to help guide and support our local chapter.
This role is essential to keeping our blanket donations moving smoothly to children in need throughout the Madison area.
This is a flexible, behind-the-scenes leadership role perfect for someone who is organized, dependable, and passionate about helping others.
Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Reporting
Keep track of our blankets each month and report totals to help the chapter stay organized and on track.

Facility Coordination
Receive monthly blanket requests from partner facilities and make sure each order is prepared accurately and on time.

Blanket Storage & Organization
Sort, store, and organize completed blankets so they’re ready to bring comfort to children when needed.

Delivery Preparation
Bag blankets and get them ready for delivery, helping ensure each child receives a warm, handmade hug.
Time Commitment

Typically 4-5 hours per month on average

Flexible and varies month to month

Duties can be shared between two co-leaders
